  We rented a paddle board intending to rent for 3 days. After one day, we decided to have it picked up, thinking we would give up the 3 days price [which is less expensive/day] but only be charged then for one day [$65/day including delivery.] When we asked about getting a refund the next day, after the board had been picked up, we were told we would not receive a refund at all. They told us we had rented for 3 days and "they had to drive both ways to drop off and pick up and battle traffic." I'm not sure how the one day rental which includes delivery and pick up is different, and I'm not sure how "battling traffic" is the customers problem. The person was extremely unprofessional to us and very rude. We should have been told this on the phone when we asked to have it picked up and we could have at least kept the board for 3 days. We will never use Sweet Water again.
